License

When you purchase a digital file from PrintWall, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and print the artwork for personal use or as a gift. You may not resell, redistribute, or include the file in any product for sale.

Digital delivery

Products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. Download links are valid for 72 hours and allow up to 5 downloads. If your link expires, you can re-issue it from your order page at any time, free of charge.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical problem, contact us and we will make it right — see our Refund Policy.

Seller of record

Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and legal seller for all purchases, handling payment processing, VAT/GST/sales tax, and invoices.
